              Don't. Ever. Add. Sauce. To. Your. Fries.
              A little touch of paprika and garlic (even garlic powder) is well enough. If you're not into that, just a pinch of oregano is good.
              You waste the potential of the fries when you add sauce !

                                            Dissapointed... in Belgium we slice them like the level 1 chef, no skin on the potato, some rinse them but I never do. Then dry them of with a kitchen towel, take a frying pan en set the temperature on 140°Celsius for about 5 minutes, take them out, let them cool down. then heat the frying pan up to 180° Celsius en fry them a second time until they are gold with some brown on the edges, take them out, put them on some kitchen paper to remove some of the fat and tadaaa some real Belgian fries!

                                                                        Well the pro fries might taste best, but they just aren't made for that Netflix night chef 2 was talking about. I would like to see the level 3 chef keep to a more realistic version, because this isn't useful at all for me

                                                                                                  when the level 3 chef said her cutting tool was dangerous, well she was right because i sliced part of my thumb meat off a while back.
                                                                                                  Well healed now but damn i have not touched it since and it sits in my cabinet but it is a good tool if used right.
